Anil has over 30 years of technology experience in software development and IT management and is responsible for leading EMR Remedies and for development of strategic alliances with healthcare and technology companies serving the medical industry. In addition, Anil also has responsibility for the compliance, security, and training aspects of the company.

Anil has served as Chief Information Officer of a global software company and Chief Technology Officer for companies involved with litigation support and medical transcription services. Anil was with Texas Instruments for 23 years serving in various technology positions. During his career, he has developed several software applications and has held senior leadership positions involving database management, global monitoring solutions, disaster recovery/business continuity, IT site operations and global storage systems. He has served on several leadership and technology councils and has volunteered his time for over 15 years with the Lewisville Independent School District in Texas.

Ian has over 29 years experience in improving business processes and managing IT at Texas Instruments, saving millions of Dollars and creating new business opportunities in that time. At EMR Remedies Ian has responsibility for operations and for customer satisfaction.

Before joining EMR Remedies Ian held leadership positions in manufacturing, quality control and customer service organizations, consistently making improvements in internal efficiencies, employee and customer satisfaction. He has a knack for seeing the customer's perspective of a company's products and services and a passion for delighting the customer.

Ian's experience and contributions cover almost every function within a business and have been in many countries around the world. He's new to Texas (15 years) but loves the culture here. He is active in Dallas area Habitat for Humanity and the DFW chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Dr. Holladay is responsible for the maintenance of full compliance with the legal mandates and frequent policy changes in order to ensure that physicians are up-to-date with their practice compliance issues. In particular, these issues regard ARRA 2009, HITECH Act, HIPAA, ICD-10 and many other healthcare legal mandates.

Dr. Holladay has over 21 years of private practice experience in healthcare. Starting with another business partner, she founded a multi-disciplinary behavioral healthcare practice which ultimately grew to eleven providers. She has experienced the great variety of healthcare market changes from fee for service to the myriad of managed care requirements for an independent private practice. During her career, she has held consultant positions in several companies and has served as President for a technology based start up retail business.
